Pros

None - and the issues are top-down

Kontras

Absolutely no one is qualified for the job they hold - especially PeopleOps. There's constant inappropriate behavior and their solution is to fire employees rather than enact good performance management or hire people who actually know what they're doing. The high level of executive turnover should tell you everything you need to know.

there are good benefits, thats about it.

The previous CEO (who was recently pushed) out left behind a toxic culture, and while the new CEO has had an opportunity to clean house and steer the company in the right direction, little to nothing has improved, with more clients churning than ever. Leadership remains disorganized and out of touch. Decisions are reactive instead of strategic, leading to constant churn and wasted effort. Zero transparency. Employees are left in the dark about the company’s direction or their roles within it along with being consistently over worked to try and salvage the mess that's been created. Morale is at an all-time low. High performers are leaving in droves, and those who stay are burned out or disengaged. Questionable financial health and a shrinking client base make it feel like the company is circling the drain. While I would be happy to give advice to management, it would not be valued or listened to, as I have seen throughout my tenure. To give the cliff notes of my message, MessageGears is going nowhere FAST!
