- Unethical management who has no clue about running a business or managing a team.
- Management is working in very aggressive manner and style. They are verbally abusive to the staff .
- Managers don’t ask you , they command you. There is no hi, no please, no thank you , just commands.
- All employees must be available 24/7 to sort any enquiries with no additional pay for anything outside of standard working hours
- No work life balance
- Holidays and sick days are frown upon , if on holiday they still require you to check emails as this is perceived as being engaged and invested
- Overall very unpleasant and stressful working environment, abused, overworked and underpaid staff
