Higher than average pay if they need you in a hard to fill position but you will have to negotiate for it. Some people at the divisional level are great to work with.
Kontras
Turnover is extremely high at this company. You will not be trained in anything but you will be expected to complete your duties. Ivory tower management so do not expect working solutions if you run into an issue. Upper management expects you to work weekends and holidays and will throw you under the bus whenever it is convenient. There are no career development opportunities and people that are in the right clique are promoted.
