Kümmern Sie sich nicht um ihre Mitarbeiter, wie es heutzutage viele andere Unternehmen tun, und erkennen Sie ihren Wert nicht an. Die Gehälter liegen weit unter den Industriestandards.

Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Kontras

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years
