Pay is not competitive. Annual increases are a joke. Especially if you've been there a while. New hires in less skilled positions can make more than the skilled employees that have been around a while.
Management is more concerned about presentation than how well you do your job.
Everytime there are new owners, everything gets worse. Trinity has been a disaster.
