MFA prioritizes pay equity, and compensation analysis is an ongoing process to ensure we are paying fair and competitive wages. MFA has and will always take very seriously any claims of racism or harassment, including opening investigations where appropriate and taking action, including disciplinary action up to termination. Milo Runkle is a well-known and respected farmed animal advocate. All members of the MFA leadership team are vegan and passionate about animal rights and welfare. Yes, it is true that some of our newer leaders come to us with impressive business backgrounds - a strategic move on our part to align our values and mission with the business acumen and know-how to execute our strategic plan successfully, with the ultimate goal being to create a world where animals are respected, protected, and free to pursue their own interests.
