Inadequate training, started 1/19/25 had about 1 week shadowing and then person went out on maternity leave (not her fault) no replacement training so it's just like go with the flow til you make an error then everyone is on you. Too much drama and LOS has no medical experience but she got that position because she's close friends with management. Things that make you go ummm
