New percentage is a rip off - Medical Assistant bei Mercy: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Mercy came up with a new ladder for medical assistants with whole percentage pay increase promised. Then turned around and only gave a percentage of the whole percentage, saying based ‘off market value’ (whatever that means). Mercy should have never promised whole percentage, then turn around with that stunt. Mercy is the only employer, that truly rips off their employees. They never give correct compensation, and mess with your time cards, by rounding down and never just paying you what you actually work.
