Culture has really changed in last year due to many changes in management. Too many new directors and VPs are coming from one of our largest customers which has caused a 180 in the company culture and there’s been a ton of turnover the past year. Inorganic growth that can’t be sustained has really put a damper on overworked employees morale and meeting deadlines that shouldn’t have been set to begin with.
