toxic work environment - Sowtware Engineer bei Merchenta: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Started my career in London at Merchenta. Having very little experience in programmatic Merchenta was an excellent building block for my career. I constantly learned new things and the fact that the company was a startup when I started meant that no 2 days was the same. I owe Merchenta to starting my career in programmatic.

-Startup environment when I worked, so to a certain degree you a dumped in the deepend. However, opportunity to buy shares in the company was given. If company progresses rapidly could be opportunity of a lifetime.

Always challenging - lots to learn and very busy. It's possible to gain lots of client contact in a short time. Technology is cool - CEO makes time to improve existing things as well as launch new stuff. Need to juggle lots of things. Nice office & great team spirit - there's a gym downstairs and well-stocked kitchen with fresh cooked food & coffee. Bethnal Green easy to get to on tube/rail/bus - bike storage available downstairs.

Nothing much. Team in Poland office complain about small things all the time (about nothing) which can get demotivating at times.
