      No cap on commissions and that's on top of the salary! Receive my direct deposit every week like clockwork, never an issue I never worked at a company where the owner was so accessible and really goes far and beyond Good environment

      Pros

      Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. Management is respectful and open-minded and trusts employees with responsibilities while at the same time being highly receptive. Management is flexible with employees with working hours and will work with you to figure out the best schedule, if need be. There is paid winter vacation and every Friday there is free company lunch chosen by different employees. Overall, it's been a rewarding experience working here and I've felt valued and appreciated.
