Good people and team, excellent staff benefits

Made to buy my own monitor, poor CRM that was designed for protection and health and not pensions. My line manager was obtained concerned in racking up chargeable time to clients and creating more and more fractured processes without consultation with staff. I was told off your downer more than a free minute chatting or on the toilet then you're expected to make up the time. Also I had medical and was told I had to maker up the time. Mercer also part poorly compared to other employee benefits consultancy firms.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Kontras

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
