Pros

The initial trainers come with a good knowledge base.

Kontras

Management are cold, disengaged & will initially fool most people into thinking they are supported. Quickly the negative company culture is obvious. I have been routinely ignored, bullied, had my physical appearance made a joke of and intentionally left without guidance. It seems company preference is to push staff towards handing in a resignation rather than the termination of staff contracts.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Kontras

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
