Flexible working and nice colleagues

Terrible pay, lack of direction in management, limited training due to understaffed departments, slow recruitment process to replace people, extremely slow system access for new joiner, severe lack of support, expected to take on tasks that seniors should be doing, understaffed meant that SLAs were frequently ignored with nothing being done from management to inform clients or consultants about it so had to take alot of grief from them.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
