Longer service tends to be in regional offices with fewer competitors locally. - Salary below market and influenced by myriad of other departments, from NY HQ down. - Business model and revenue likely to be threatened as technology and data advancements continue, could be left behind as competitors improve. Reliance on existing client base.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
