Assistance in becoming licensed and good benefits

Every department is outsourced and segmented making things confusing and complicated. Your coworkers will have access to all of your private information including your full name, address, date of birth, and full social security number - yes, seriously. The position felt more like data mining than helping people with their benefits. The job evolves into something totally different than advertised. Extremely high turnover and for a good reason.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
