I worked with some amazing people in my team.

In 1 year I worked on 1 project. Managers are spread too thin and basically don't have the time to pay attention to their teams professional growth. The processes are outdated and should be reviewed and changed to keep up with the times. I was paid an incorrect salary, for various reasons, for the first 6 months of working for the UK entity. HR was not helpful with any queries I directed at them. 3 months after leaving the company I had not heard anything regarding my pension. I reached out to HR and was told I had to write to them and that they don't have a contact number. Well, it turns out, that this being 2019, they DO have a contact number that I had to source by myself.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
