Not a Diverse Company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Mercer: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The Los Angeles office in particular sorely lacks racial diversity. It's predominantly white people and just about 1 or 2 black people in the whole office. As a black person, I don't feel much inclusion as the entire makeup of the organization is white people.
