Pros

People would be the main reason to work here. Colleagues are flexible, accomodating, and generally great people to know and work with. Everyone is knowledgeable and smart, those who aren't cut out for this (either due to lack of interest or due to lack of talent), will fall out and away to other firms. Career growth is pretty much guaranteed if you are an above average performer. The company does its best to retain good talent.

Performance rewards are terrible. Salaries will inch up slower than you expect. In addition, the company "postponed" salary increases by a month this year the reason being organizational restructuring and alignment, but still a disappointing tactic.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
