Nice location, free tea and coffee and free drinks machine. Some good corporate benefits, some lovely people to work with.

Monotonous work, bullying favouritist management, stressful, overwork, short staffed, micro management, no career progression. Nothing is ever enough. Silent, oppressive working environment. Low pay, expectation that the place is the centre of your world and that you should want to be there every hour there is. Booking even a half day holiday is a drama because of the skeleton staff. Poor technology, convoluted procedures. If you like to see your colleagues on the verge of tears most of the time then work here.
