Pros

Great place to learn, no egos. Busines overall is doing well, and is positioned very well into the future to dominate the space. Easy to take on responsiblities and many opportunities available to learn new skill sets.

Kontras

Salary is way below competitors, and will hurt the long run ability of Mercer to keep top talent, in addition, compensation needs to be reworked to better compensate people based on their work. Work goes in cycles, can be very busy at times and sometimes not at all.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Kontras

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
