Pros

Kontras

The company has been going through continuous layoffs across multiple teams, and the Darwin team has been impacted heavily — almost half the team size has been reduced. This has created a stressful and insecure work environment where employees constantly worry about job stability rather than focusing on meaningful work. One of the biggest concerns is the unhealthy team culture and internal politics. There appears to be favoritism and bias in some teams, where certain employees actively look for mistakes made by Indian colleagues and unnecessarily escalate small issues instead of supporting collaboration and growth. This creates a toxic atmosphere and impacts team morale significantly. - Frequent layoffs and lack of transparency - Toxic politics and biased behavior in teams - Poor HR accessibility and employee support - Low trust and declining morale - Hostile work environment

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Kontras

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
