Culture is rancid, only focus is self-aggrandisement which is fine but you effectively get punished for doing your job well just because you're not talking about it / yourself 24/7. You can imagine the types of people who succeed here.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
