      Pros

      They are good with customer service.

      Kontras

      They overwork their managers. Many nights they would force you to stay after close if a truck was coming. Mind you, the truck comes from another facility that they own. It was common to have worked a 12 hour shift and be told you have to stay past midnight to help unload a semi. No notice. Unacceptable

      Pros

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
