Weekend pay is great, pretty steady hours in summer. Very rarely run out of things to do and almost always busy.
Kontras
In winter the payroll is slashed and there becomes a struggle for hours. Constant berating by customers for their own mistakes. Management usually backs down and sides with customer when special order contracts clearly state all terms.
