Pros
Great work-life balance, profit sharing, sense of family. Guest service was always the main focus and you were always rewarded and or acknowledged for helping a guest, often times right from the home office. Lots of room for advancement.
Kontras
Pushing the BIG card on customers. Not much say in your shifts if you're part time. Store (not department) managers always seemed stressed out and could be very mean sometimes. A lot of times when the "big-wigs" came, they would only deal with upper management and never talk to the part timers.
