HR Coordinator--Don't make the same mistake that I did!!! - Human Resources Coordinator bei Menards: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I had to give them my official college transcripts to prove I had a Bachelors in HR. During the interview, I was told that this position paid a salary of $30,000 per year and I was told about the bonus structure. On my 1st day I found out that it was not a salaried position, it was an hourly position that paid $11.25 an hour. I also found out I was required to work one 2nd shift per week and attend all department meetings that are only held at 8pm. I was not informed about working 2nd shift. I can't believe that this company requires a Bachelors degree for a position that pays $11.25 an hour!!! I am not an entry level candidate, I have experience in HR. If management was truthful, I would have never left my job that paid me more than what the managers were making.
