Decent pay, benefits, and the discount is nice. Worked with a lot of great people and management at my store seemed interested in seeing me do well.

It's pretty much just a job with little chance of vertical movement. Staying on your feet all day is pretty tough. Working over the holiday's is kind of a drag, but it is retail.
