      They offer pretty competitive pay and pay scale compared to other retail chains Advancement can happen quickly if you are willing to relocate at a moment's notice The company is expanding whereas many others are not

      Not many opportunities to advance and stay in the same location No opportunities for skilled workers outside of Eau Claire

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
