No structure to avoid new trainee shadowing a new assistant manager who is also learning. Quickly moving up doesn't mean that the person is actually doing well. All it means is that the new trainee can quickly memorize policies. No regard to work ethic or leadership ability. Just based on passing a test on company policies.
