Messed up Break Policy - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Menards: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Often short staffed Ridiculous lunch policy, you have to be scheduled to work 8 hrs to get an unpaid half hour lunch break. If you are scheduled for 8 hrs and if you don't take a lunch break you will get written up. But if you are scheduled for 8 hrs and take a lunch break, then technically since it was unpaid you only worked 7.5 hrs, and you will also be written up, because you can only take a lunch break if you work 8 paid hours. So it's a catch-22, and is just plain STUPID!!!
