      As a part time employee, hours are flexible. Good job for students.

      Expected to do many jobs, plus take care of guests. Often put on manager role but get part time pay. Pay drops more than $2 per hour if you go from full time to part time even tho your responsibilities are the same.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
