Great people, great learning atmosphere. Ips is great. Extra money on weekends. Nice helping customers with their projects.
Kontras
No life balance. God forbid you ask for a day off during the holidays. You get denied. But management makes sure they can as much as they want. Been part-time for 4 years trying to move up but impossible too. Due to many suck ups getting the promotions.
