Opportunity to promote within is probably the best thing about this company. Benefits include profit sharing after working 2000 hours in a colander year. You get paid 2.50 more a hour to work on the weekends.

Kontras

Upper management uses negative reinforcement in which results in low moral. Schedules for managers make it hard for a life balance.
