They are very flexible with your schedule, I worked there for five years while I was finishing college and they worked with my school schedule. And I loved all of the employees I worked with, made some life long friends.

You only get ten cent raises and after working there for five years I was only getting paid $9.90 an hour and even though I was working Part-Time I was working 39 hours so practically full time, they didn't hire many full time people, they would rather hire a bunch of people "Part-Time" and work them 39 hours a week than hire them Full-Time so they'd receive benefits. Plus when some members of the Menard family visited our store they were mean and I didn't feel good about working for them and making them money.
