Great time being outside with lumber, working with your hands and helping others.

East Springfield location off of 65 is very busy with commercial loads and we could have used more help compared to other locations. Hollister location for example - Completely different!

Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
