In a tough industry, this health system is packed with pretty good management and an even better strategy. You can move up from any position and they have fairly diverse management. Great training and development. They have management down to a science.

High pressure environment, not enough women in senior management roles. Pretty high turnover in some areas. Hospital industry in general is very competitive.
