Pros
Very laid back atmosphere, management is very easy to get along with. It was very easy to take time off at Meek's. the company kept as much staffing during downturn in industry. The company did not lay off an extreme amount of employees even with the terrible housing market. The company also has profit a profit sharing plan to provide incentives to employees.
Kontras
Pay is low, lack of advancement opportunities within the company. I received very little feedback while working for the company. The pay scale was not adjusted to reflect performance, no real chance to increase pay over the set in stone rates.
