Able to work with talented programmers and helpful guidance getting started. Supportive of a new intern getting started.

Projects were limited due to structure of organization. I would also say the company had somewhat segmented and distracted focuses, due to distraction on a management level. Also, there was much friction and meetings, but that mostly had to do with the inefficiencies of the given project.
