You learn a lot, will have great coworkers, and the benefits are great. Can be a very rewarding job.

Although rewarding, it is very frustrating to work here sometimes. It seems like everyone knows what is wrong with the company, but either nothing is done or the changes made realistically serve no purpose or make things worse. I would say that every review I have read about Meditech I agree with, so go read them. Company seems to care more about Glass Door reviews than employee satisfaction and retention. Blames Great Resignation for employees leaving, but I have not seen any meaningful change to stop people from resigning. Literally only making this post because my opinion apparently matters more on this site than at the company as an employee.
