      Big hurdle of working with proprietary languages. This is probably the only thing that would make or break your time here.

      Stable. You probably will not be let go - a plus in this market.

      Stagnant culture. A dead end given that most of the company uses proprietary tools, so you can't gain transferable experience. Depending on the team you may feel alienated and have trouble feeling like you're contributing meaningfully.
