Horrible training and poor treatment of employees - Grievance and Appeals Specialist bei Medical Data Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The training is horrible one of the worst I’ve experienced in my life. What helped me is that I have experience. I work remotely and interact with staff, lead and Sups. They treat you like you are a robot and expect you to perform with lack of tools and accessibility. No access to portals, old fashion collection style, everyone shares passwords to access client accounts which goes against HIPPA regulations. Crappy company overall. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
