-Flexible hours -W2 for contract work - Decent 401k (once you have worked over a year)

Kontras

-Health insurance is basically non-existent even if you pay out -No sick leave/PTO (until after a year) -No routine check ins from recruitment/staffing

Great company culture - super young and fun.

Definitley a grind - lots in staffing is out of your control which can be frustrating.
