- Great compensation for teachers who want to do seasonal work. - Great working environment as well

- Lesson making is a challenge but it has now gradually gotten better especially since there is AI now and the school is making their own lessons. - Cubicles aren't partitioned so it can get noisy especially if there are a lot of students.

The company (specifically the admin during my tenure) was very pro-teacher, something I don't hear most from other companies. The salary is definitely better than other ESL.

Facility is great but requires constant maintenance. (Broken air conditioning, leaking sink, etc.)
