Management hires nearly 100% of employees fresh out of college and they play on these employees' naiveté, pressuring them to work incredibly long hours for little pay. They also provide no training and essentially require employees to "wing it", where employees are berated if they do not manage to pull off the impossible. Employees learn to never take what their bosses say at face value because everything management says is full of lies and deception. The owner constantly guilts employees about "not caring" about the job, claiming that she is offering you "great experience"--meanwhile everything about the company is backwards and worthless as a career experience. They are quick to fire people, blaming individual employees for the consequences of management's own habit of cutting corners as well as overpromising/underdelivering to clients. Don't be fooled by the act the owner puts on during the hiring process to lure you in.
