Very bad experience 1. There is no proper task assignment. The Leads themselves has no clarity on the objectives of the tasks. 2. The delivery manager and the Team Lead never sync-up, which eventually ends up blame on the engineers in the team. 3. These people assign unplanned activities on their own wish and eat the minds of the engineers. 4. No respect. No response for the e-mails. The engineer has to loose the dignity. 5. Neither the Team Lead nor the manager has the clarity/quantum of the tasks. They never respond the queries and expect 100 percent completion from the engineers. 6. No work-life balance. Simply waste of time.
