Pros

The people I worked with were great. From the lead tech on down and the pay was standard for that job. As a recruiter they even sent us free mugs.

Kontras

The corporate environment can be a tad stifling. But that was the client side (Safeway).

Pros

Maxonic initially recruited me for a role with a software company, and after considering the position, I agreed to have them represent me. Both my recruiter, Sandeep, and my account rep, Lissa, were amazing throughout the entire process, offering feedback when possible, and being incredibly open and transparent all along. If you are looking for a new job, especially in the software / SaaS / tech space, I highly recommend working through Maxonic.

Pros

Got me a contract job I love with a salary I appreciate.

Kontras

Terrible communications, Lack of communications. Employees are on their own and must advocate for themselves. If there is a company culture, it's not apparent to the employees contracted to clients.
