The owner is as cunning as a fox and has no right to even call himself the owner.He is so self centered in such a way that he doesn't want to invest in anything other than investing your own money into his own personal/family funds. This business runs on eating employees salary and run on employe's benefits. The only thing the employer does is taking credit of your success..... Typical indian MENTALITY
