Micromanagement and total lack of professionalism, respect and etiquette; Lack of structure. Toxic Indian culture and CEO don't care about employee's well-being and work life balance. CEO does not care about employees and will not listen to anybody else and has a very big ego. He'll promise anything to keep employees when he is in need and then back out from his promises and will ask employees to leave.
