Not a good retail environment - Retail Sales Associate bei Max Rave: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked in one of the retail locations as a SM. The hours were long, but the crew I had made it all worth while. My district manager was always a phone call away willing to give direction or input on a situation.

They don't pay the sales associates very much. There is a lot asked of a sales associate and the hours are not always enough to go around.

There's a 50% off discount which is great. They have a nice selection of clothes and the work isn't all that hard.

The hours given were horrible. My store manager hired a bunch of girls and pretty much gave the majority of them on call shifts. Loss prevention really needs to be more of a priority. They need an alarm at the door or something, cause the theft here is unreal! Not to mention, there's very little room for growth when you don't get very many hours to begin with.
